Avant Care Services is the approved pharmaceutical provider for Bermuda’s Home Medical Services programme. We work closely with your physician and home infusion nurse to provide and deliver the right medication that you need to treat and manage your health condition.

At this time our focus is to provide intravenous (IV) and specialty medications that may not readily be available at other pharmacies. Regular prescriptions should be filled at your retail pharmacy of choice.
